Mary Eileen O'Sullivan, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the St. Charles office. She earned her MSW at Aurora University, and has experience working with grief and bereavement, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, and clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and healing from trauma. She emphasizes finding personal strengths and paths to healing, working with therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.

"It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the constant demands and stressors of life. I try to create a safe space where people can sort through and identify their feelings and find personal strengths to help them heal from past pain, and go forward with tools to deal with challenges."
